So we all know the badgers are out so I decided to go out and try getting one. I recently aquired a Jagdterrier (amazing little dogs). Went out and and saw some dust flying at a hole. Got to the hole and Lucy was ready to rock and roll. She went right into the hole, dang badger escaped out the back up hole, I only had my 22 revolver with me and wasnt able to get him. Anyways it was a blast. Those Jagd's are serious dogs, I have been impressed since I have had her.

It sounds like you had a good time. Anytime you are out in the countryside, or woods, or just nature it is a good day.
My friends and I used to raise Wire Fox Terriers, and we would run everything with them. It is a lot of fun, but it is a lot of work also. Several times we had to dig dogs out of holes.
It sounds like you better get yourself a larger handgun to carry, if you are going to do this very much! I carry a Springfield Armory 1911 45acp, it whack those badger pretty good, with one shot.
Be careful. Gary
