Is there such thing as a secret spot? I don't think so... In the last 2 years of coyote hunting I've come to realize that no spot is a secret, chances are that someone has shot a coyote or other in the spot/area. Most of my "secret spots are where I have driven around pulled off a road and called, or it maybe an area I just see a lot off dogs of the highway or in fields.
I've hunted with friends that say " I'm going to take you to one of my secret spots but you must never go there without me". I think it's funny sometimes because I've already been to their "secret spot." There is not one spot that I have that would make me upset if I saw anyone else there that I know.
In short just go off the beaten path and find new spots. Take a ride out into the desert or even up into the trees, one may be surprised of what they can call out of timber near the desert.
