Went out spotlighting last night. All I can say is COLD!!!! Holy crap, it was so cold we froze 2 Foxpro's after running about 15 minutes each. We had about 4 or 5 e-callers between us, but our hands couldnt take it any longer. We watched the first coyote work his way in from about 350 yards and then winded us some where between 250-300 yards out. When he turned broadside to leave, I barked at him and dropped him. The second coyote came from the same area, but the second Foxpro froze up and he never closed the distance. By this time, we were so cold, we decided to call it a night and wait for warmer temps. No big deal tho, this spot consistantly produces 3 to 4 dogs a night. All I had was my cell phone to take a pic, forgot my digital camera.

..wow.. It was something like -3 at my house this morning. I had planned on going out first thing this morning but bagged it when I saw the temperature! We went out this afternoon and it warmed up to 6 degrees. I cant imagine what it was like in the middle of the night!! Great story, lets see that picture if it turned out alright on the cell phone.
