We always try to use both. Recently one of the guys I hunt with a lot got a new e-caller so we've been concentrating mostly on using it. Breaking it in and getting used to using it. We also called in a hawk awhile back and it swooped on the decoy, I thought it was going to actually grab it. We've called several crows and magpies and even a coyote or two. I've read that some guys like to use the e-call and mouth call simultaneously. Gues it just depends on what you like and get used to. Bob
