Hello Everyone,

We would like to know if you all would be interested in a Club Barbeque & Social?

We are looking at the date of August 11, 2012.
Place - Emmett City Park
Time - 6pm to dark

The IVH Club would like to invite all club members and non-members that want to know about the IVH Club.

This Barbeque will be a pot luck affair.
IVH will spring for burgers and dogs. Therefore we are asking that each person that is attending to bring a dish, bag of chips, a dessert.
BYO - Please bring your own drinks, pop, plates, utensils, whatever you feel is appropiate for the dinner.

Please No Alcohol! - Since this is a City Park, they don't allow alcohol or open containers without a permit.

We ask that everyone that is going to attend, please RSVP that you are going to be there, also give us a number of people in your party.

We hope that if you are not a member yet, and would like to know about IVH, we hope you will attend this Barbeque/Social - get to know us, and then decide to join the club, and be an active member.

Come on everybody, let's shake loose and come to this barbeque. What's a few hours, one evening out of our lives. It's a chance to spend some time with fellow varmint hunters and good people, maybe meet and make new friends. Just an overall good time. We'ere trying to keep things alive and kicking for the members and good of the club, help us out. Families and kids are welcome. We encourage family participation. Message Gary with your RSVP. We are sorry to announce that the Saturday August 11, 2012 BBQ & Social has been CANCELLED!

Dang.. I wont be able to attend the monthly meeting on Tuesday the 14th so was hoping that Id get to see everyone this Saturday. Ill see you all next month at the meeting.
