Predator Hunter needs guidance in N Idaho

Hey everyone my name is Terry Morgan.
I am new to predator calling/hunting. I make a trip to Boise once a year in April or May and blast whistle pigs and rabbits for a few days, but this year I want to try and get some coyotes in the Coeur d' Alene area.(where I live)
I have been out 3 times so far with a friend down in the Harrison Flats and have not had so much as a single reply. We have watched several videos and read a lot of articles but are missing something.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Once I get it figured out I will post some pictures of this past elk/deer season.
