Missed last year's annual pilgrimage from the kingdom of Gay Inslee. Looking forward to a week of freedom and ground squirrel carnage.
Built up a new 6.5 PRC, hoping to land that 1000 yard squirrel with it this year.

We spend a bit of time in the Nampa area and usually a day down toward Mountain Home. Never seem to figure out the Mt Home area.

Good luck. 1000yd squirrel would be quite a feat. Looks like the weather is warming up finally. We are heading down that way, to Mountain Home, in a couple weeks but only a quick stay, unfortunately.

I'm not real familiar with the Mt. Home area. I've been through there a few times but never shot whistle pigs around there. I have called coyotes not far from there. I shoot whistle pigs between Middleton and Emmett or off of Pearl Rd. area. There's getting to be a lot of people in those areas though. I always go during the week to avoid the weekend warriors but there's getting to be a lot of people out there on week days too.
