Hello, My friend and I are retired and have rock chuck hunted last 2 years outside Grace. Not many chucks left. We live in West Virginia and really liked coming there, but we need to know how to find new farms to hunt on. We only use handguns-don't own any rifles. Have used .223 Contenders up to .250 Sav. AI XP-100. Longest shot in ID so far is 412 yds.

WE're coming to ID because I have severely depleted their cousins, groundhogs, in WV (13,666).

Any help in how to go about finding new places in SE or south central ID would be appreciated.

broper: Nice buck ! I haven't got out this year. Season ends Tuesday and we are getting lots of rain and supposed to keep raining through about Thursday. So I probably won't get out this year. Oct 24, 2021 6:46:00 GMT -7
