What good does it do to have an online membership form if no one responds to your membership or your payment. I rejoined and have not heard from Gary or any one else. Is this how new members are treated? If it is then I will not refer new people to this sight.

Hi Chuck, this is Bob. What kind of problems are you having? I know Gary's computer was down and it took him a few days to get it back up and going again. Have you tried calling him? I'll see him tomorrow, I'll let him know you're having problems with your renewal? Sorry for any inconvenience.

Hey Chuck,
Bob is right, I just got my computer back up and running after being in the shop for a week or so. Before that I didn't have the money to have it fixed or even looked at! Things will get back to normal as soon as I get my computer all reloaded and running correctly!
No need to be all pissy about anything, without knowing what is going on on this end of the world!!
