Badgers scarce

Anybody shooting any badgers this year? For some reason there doesn't seem to be as many this spring. I've only seen about four, shot one and missed one. Those stinky ol' boars should be out and about looking for girl friends right now but I haven't seen them. Last year I saw at least one or two just about every time I went out. Wondering if maybe the hard winter had something to do with it?

I've only seen 2 all year, and I've been out a lot more than usual. You mite be in to something

I put one down Monday while out blasting pigs with my .308 im actually trying to find a good place to hunt badgers....considering driving out down silver city rd to poke around. Any input would be nice.
