Hey all,
I just finished my Hunter Ed course, and as soon as 2017 hits I'll get my license. I don't want to go on my first hunt and now know what I'm doing. I'm located in Boise off of Fairfiew a few minutes from downtown. I'm looking for someone to let me accompany them on a hunt, or any kind to get familiar with etiquette. I know a lot of folks don't want to take someone they don't trust; so I'd be willing to sit down somewhere or join one of you all at a Wednesday Toms Diner get together. I'm 27, I'm recently separated from the military, I shoot a lot, and I want to know everything there is to know about hunting.
Thanks,
Jared

Hey Jared,
Come on out to Tom's Cabin, have lunch with us, so we can get to know you, and you know us! Expect a bunch of questions asked of you!! Just so you know, we are a bunch of older guys, retired guys, except for me, I am self employed, therefore always busy working. But we are a nice bunch of varmint crazy dudes, that like to get together for lunch for the social aspect of it! We chat and we tell stories, and we catch-up with each other has been doing, whether hunting, reloading, guns, 4x4's, ATV's, UTV's, or Honey-Do's, home projects, any old discussions about whatever fills our days between Wednesday's lunches together! The IVH Club is an informal social club, with a smattering of education thrown in. We host the Adult and Youth coyote calling tournaments each year. Our Monthly meetings are held at the Sunrise Cafe in Middleton, again with the food, because food is comfortable and we enjoy sharing a meal with our friends!
