2011 Gem State Coyote Calling Championships VII
The Seventh Annual Gem State Coyote Calling Championships to benefit Doug Bridges Memorial Hunts for Wounded Warriors, will be held January 7,8, and 9 2011. Check in and registration will begin at 5 p.m. Friday January 7 at Black Dog Clays 7680 W Velejo Boise. (5.5 miles south on I-84 on Cole Rd. turn right and 400 yards on the right and you are there.)
Entry fees will be $100 per team. Teams that have a Lady or youth hunter (17 or under) will be $75. Entry fees include two meal tickets.
Teams will consist of two hunters no more, no less. Teams may hunt where ever they choose but both members must be at the rules meeting and able to make check in on the 9th on time.
Hunting will begin on January 8 at one half hour before sun rise. Daylight hunting will continue on January 9. Teams must check in their coyotes BEFORE 3 p.m. January 9 2011. Winners will be decided by the number of whole coyotes brought in to check in.
Teams are competing for trophies and bragging rights. Optional sides will be available for teams looking for cash prizes. Big Coyote $20 per team winner take all. Little Coyote $20 per team winner take all. Teams may also choose to buy their team for $25 100% pay out. Based on participation we could pay out as many as the top ten teams or as few as one.
We will have door prizes, a good meal and a great time, we hope to see you there.
