We need one in our elk area but the government said they are not there, go figure. We also have a cougar stoppage of hunting because the governor of Washington sided with PETA that there needed to be more communication and discussion and that the Game Management didn't really give enough people time to comment that the combination of Wolves and Cougars were killing off the deer faster than they could reproduce.
