Hello- Well my name is Robert and I moved here to ID this past JAN. I'm stationed at MHAFB which should be my last stop. I've been hunting big game, mostly mule deer and Aoudad in SW Texas since I was 5yrs old. I started hunting dogs while I was stationed at my last base in AZ, unfortunately I didn't get to do as much as I would like and I'm hoping to change that while I'm here in ID. I have a few rifles I like to hunt with, my go to (22-250)was given to me from my grandfather, it was made by a gunsmith friend of his a long time ago and I really have know idea what it is. all I know is that it's a tack driver! I also have an AR15 (Windham Weaponry), a Rem 11-87, and a Marlin 39A...and a Winchester Model 70 30-06 for everything else. I'm hoping I can get to know a few of you guys and learn as much as I can from you varmint veterans. If any of you are in the Mt Home area and would like to get out there, let me know. Take care.

I live in the Parma area but I hunt around the Mt. Home area often. Maybe we could hook up sometime. I'd like to see that .22/.250. Do you think you could make it to one of our meetings sometime?

Yeah that would be cool, unfortunately I work 2nd shift (3pm-12am) so making it to a meeting would be hard unless they happen to fall on a weekend. I haven't checked the schedule for meetings.

No, our meetings are the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. We also have an informal gathering and b.s. session at 11:00 a.m. every Wednesday. It's at Tom's Cabin Café in Emmett. This week end is our Idaho Coyote Classic tournament in Emmett. If you get a chance come by before 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. It will be a chance to meet and talk to some good coyote caller/hunters. Bob
