"Blast from the Past" will be held Oct. 8-10. Booklets for all IVH events will be mailed out to everyone on our mailing list later this month, if you are not on our mailing list contact Gary or myself and we will put you on it. look forward to seeing everyone at all of the events. Loren

OCTOBER 8-10, 2015 - Our First of the Season Coyote Tournament! Entry Fee is $80.00 per 2 person team. We encourage
Meeting Location - Hydrodip Graphics 1129 E. Pine Ave, Meridian, ID. 83642.
Registration and Safety Meeting OCT. 8, 2015 @ 6pm to 7pm, Safety Meeting from 7pm to 8pm. Mouth Blocks will be handed out after the Safety Meeting.

Had two fun filled days hunting the Blast From The Past. My partner and I got two coyotes, one young female and a full grown male. Both coyotes came in on his side so he shot them with his 6 m/m BR. We saw six dogs on Friday and didn't see any on Saturday. We heard lots of them howling first in the morning but couldn't get them to come in. Seems like we had either the wind or the sun one working against us and it was way to warm. Not sure of the total number of coyotes brought in. Gary will post results and pictures. Looking forward to the next contest.

The 2015 Blast from the Past was a good time, with 9 teams participating. We would like to Thank! Todd and Scott from HydroDip in Meridian for allowing us to use their Warehouse to hold our tournament! We are proud to have them involved with IVH! The Winners of the Blast are: 1st Place - Don Burch and Joe Schneehagen - 11 coyotes  2nd Place - Rob Waters and Dan Wallace - 10 coyotes  3rd Place - Chris Felty and KC Zachery - 8 coyotes  43 total coyotes were brought to check in. Big Male - 28.8# Big Female - 23.8# Little Male - 9.6# Little Female - 14.6# The Next Tournament will be on November 12-14, 2015 The Northwest Nationals at the Gem County Fairgrounds 4H Building in Emmett, ID. Registration will be November 12th from 6-7pm with Rules reading from 7-8pm with mouth blocks handed out at the end of the meeting. Entry Fee is $250.00 per 2 person team. A Banquet will follow the tournament on Saturday evening. |
