Thank You Sean for putting it together for the club.
Loren began with talking about what we are going to do with the Whistlepig Tournament. He reported that we have trophy plaques being made, along with window decals, which we will give with membership, and non-members can purchase for $2.00 each. Loren reported that there has been a great amount of interest in the whistlepig tournament, with lots of phone calls, and we have handed out at the Sportsmans Expo about 400 fliers, and placed in sporting goods and gun shops, another 500 fliers.
Loren also reported that he has been working on getting sponsorships from local companies. We will be having hats made soon.
Sean Cluff of Grubbin' BBQ will be cooking for the After Tournament BBQ. It was discussed and was decided that we would be having "BBQ Pulled Pork" Sandwiches. MMMMMMM!!!! Good Stuff. It is going to great!
Loren addressed the members about having a July Rockchuck hunt. The members were in full agreement with the idea. We will begin to make plans for the shoot.
Loren reported that we have gotten a couple new club sponsors.
Brownlee Cabinets - Jim Lancaster
Carrell's Machine - William Carrell - Gunsmith
Loren handed out fliers for the Northwest National Coyote Calling Championships, and discussed how it will work, and what efforts that have been done and completed.
November 11, 12, 13, 2010. Thursday Night Check-In, Hunt Friday and Saturday, and Saturday Weigh in by 3PM. This is done this way so that people can return home on Sunday and be rested up for the new work week.

The Northwest National Championships will limited to 150 teams, and Registration will be $175.00 per team. Loren explained that if we have 150 teams, the first place prize will be around $6000.00, and second place will pull down around $4800.00.
There will be side bets available also.
Loren stated that we would like to invite companies, and small businesses to come and we will have an Expo, to allow them to show there wears, and products. Like a Gun Show, or Sportsman Expo.
The NWCCC will be on a rotating venue. The first year will be here in SW Idaho, Boise/Meridian. Next year in Elko NV.
The NWCCC will be the property of IVH, and will be hosted by Clubs throughout the NW, and Western Rocky Mtns.
To be considered to host the NWCCC, Clubs can submit an application, that we will have soon to send out to those clubs/organizations that would like to placed on the Hosting List.
