Yesterday unk Dave, George and I took a little ride exploring for rockchucks. We found a few, enough to get some shooting but not as many as there should have been. My uncle got one and George got two, both shooting .223's and 50 gr. V-Max bullets. That bullet really does a number on rockchucks. We found a real "goat" trail that led to nowhere and had to turn around and drive over it again to get back out. On the way out we saw two black bears. Couldn't believe they were down there in the sagebrush hills, not a real mountain or tree anywhere around. We had a very enjoyable day in the great outdoors with good friends. Got to see some new country too.
