Read about this forum on Varmints Den. My wife and I have lived in the Flathead Lake area of Montana for the past 7 and a half years. We moved here from Vancouver, WA where we lived for 31 years. We moved here to retire, but instead I went back to work. I am going to retire for good (I hope) in June and begin to enjoy the things I want to do. I am very interested in learning to varmint hunt and hope I can learn from this forum. My wife grew up in Clarkston, WA and we used to hunt birds around there. We would like to travel to Idaho to do some varmint hunting. Maybe some of you can help us out. I tried to print out the application form, but my tablet won't let me. I will have to try from another computer I guess. I ordered a new gun as my retirement gift to myself which is supposed to be delivered to the ffl on Wednesday, hopefully. It is a Colt Competition Pro 18" AR and I already bought a Vortex Viper HS 4-16 x 44 LR scope to mount on it. I hope it will make a nice varmint rifle. Glad to have found this place. It is great.

Welcome to our forum. my name is Bob. I think I'm the one that posted on Varminys Den. We have a good bunch of varmint hunters here. You are welcome to participate any time and share your stories and experiences, We like pictures too. If you can't get the aplication copird shoot me a p m with your adress and I'll mail you one. If you do get to Idaho contact us. We'd be glad to have you attend one of our meetings and maybe do a little hunting with us. We have several contests through out the year that you might be interested in entering also. Spouses and families are welcome too.

I see that there are t shirts for sale on your news alert, but I don't see a link. Do they only sell them at meetings or can one order a t shirt?
