Chuck, I used to have a friend that worked a USGS in Denver. He would get me any topo maps I needed. He was the one that made the maps. Legendary is right about sporting goods store or mountain bike stores should have them. If you can not find any look up the United States Geological Survey. If they don't sell they should know where to buy them.

Good suggestion on USGS. I found the area and was able to download it. It printed out on letter size paper. It's a little hard to see, but a magnifine glass works. Thanks for the info.

Hey Chuck, Look on page 5 of the big game regs. At the top of the page it says IDAHO HUNTING MAPS. You can find topo maps at MyTopo.com/Id, it says.

If you make it down to the big city, Idaho blue prints downtown near Basque center has a unbelievable assortment.

You can go to the BLM State Office on Vinnel Way just north of Overland next to Lowes. Or you can go to the BLM district office 3948 S. Development Way just on the east side of the airport/NIFC in Boise. Both have topo maps about $5-$6 each.
