Yeah, almost like two other guys I know, arguing over .5 coyote. But I'll let the dog have the whistle pig, he doesn't get many and I don't want to have change my name.

Wow! Look at them Stats Nick! Have you shot 15 RockChucks this year? Were heading out tomorrow early. Bob, JR and I are going to make a few stands in the morning, Cody's going to join us in the afternoon. And then once it warms up the benches and the badger goggles are coming out. Judging by your numbers I better grab another box of ammo

Just talked to the son-in-law down there in Mountain Home telling him the iron is hot and time to strike and he said the wind was blowing 30mph or so. That would make it tough.

We had a good day, the wind blew all day and kept it kind of cool all day. I wound up not even shooting, mostly just spotted for everybody else. Cody got to make some minced whistle pig with Eric's .204. There wasn't a lot of them out but we shot several. The wind kept most of them down. Met JR, one of the new forum members and future club member, nice guy and he knows his stuff when it comes to shooting. Oh and a Gem County Serriff Deputy showed up and checked us for licenses and we visited with him a little. Bob

Where is the picture taken? What area you guys hunting in? As the Great Moose would say "we went out!" haha! I generally wont answer a question as to where i went on the forums. To many people trolling for the varmint grounds.

To many people trolling for the varmint grounds. I should point out that I'm not offended by the question anytime anyone asks me. A few the members spend a lot of time out finding these areas and they're not quick to leak that information out. I do like going out with new members though but I probably won't take you to Nick's favorite spot on the first day hahaha!!

The chances of any of us, finding your "secret spot" is slim to none. There are so many acres of ground out there, and there are so many squirrels (literally a trillion), a guy could wander around out there, and he would never hit the same place twice in his lifetime!
I know where these guys are hunting, and it is not even close to Mt. Home. In fact they are in my spot, and shooting my whistlepigs! LOL

Don't worry Gary! I practice tithing .. I miss every 10th squirrel.. on purpose of course.
I generally don't make it out to Mt. Home except occasionally for coyotes. I think its shaping up to be a banner year for wee - pigs. I've heard rumors of badgers and an occasional chuck but its still early :-)
