Hey Nick,

Thank you for that message. When people do that kind of stuff, it wrecks it for not only them, but for all of us callers.

Loren and I went out to the Owyhee's yesterday, we didn't call a dog, we never even heard one howl, we didn't see but 3 hawks, maybe 3-4 ravines, but everywhere we went, we saw tire tracks. We didn't even see a mule deer doe, in all the miles that we traveled, nothing. And we didn't see but maybe 8-10 deer hunters. We sat up in some really good looking places, you would think that there would be a dozen coyotes making a living out there, but to no avail.

Out in the Owyhees myself today....heard them talking down in a valley but no luck in drawing them in.....folks running around in atvs all over the place....

Mark and I went out Thursday. All we called in was a white jeep! Then a couple ATV's showed up and a guy walking right through where we had been calling. We were going to try somewhere else but every where we looked there was ATV's, campers, rigs running up and down the road, so we just gave up. Decided it might be better to wait until after deer season is over. We drove through some country neither of us had seen. Saw some potential good spots for future calling.

I FORGOT THIS::: I told Loren this when we were out calling coyotes: When we didn't call any dogs, nor heard a howl: I told him I was going to post this, He laughed!

THERE AIN'T ANY beep COYOTES IN IDAHO!!!

Coyotes are my nemesis! They frustrate me sooo badly!
