Hey I'm Landon, I have always loved airguns but just recently got a disposable (daisy 880) for some simple squirrel and bird plinking. I not a newbie in the airgun community so I know my stuff but live in Boise and need to find a great place with lots of living targets to bag for the table.

Hey Landon, what time of game are you looking to bag?? I head out once in a while for a bunny or two which is my favorite small game fridge filler, and air rifles make it so much more fun then powder funs

Well I'm new to air gunning so I'm still learning spots to do that, I've mostly been shooting rodents and pigeons. But I do have a spot where I occasionally get a bunny here and there

General area wise, where do you go? Because I am starting from square one (or square zero if it exists)...

Hey Guys!
I didn't even realize that someone replied to this, as I kind of gave up! I started with a Daisy 880 about 30+ years ago and have moved up to the PCP rifles. I'm in California for another 1.5 years, but when I get up to Boise I plan on putting together some shoots and get more folks involved in airgun hunting.
We can hunt most small game here in CA with an airgun, with the exceptions being migratory birds that are under Federal jurisdiction. I imagine with the number of whistle pig areas that are closed to firearms in the Boise area, airguns would be perfect.
Eric

I just got word that that the PANSAL (Pacific & Northwest States Airgun League) has set their dates for the PANSAL Spring Break 2015 shoot. There is more information over on their site: PANSALI am going to try and make the shoot, if I'll be up north at that time of the year. Eric

April 27-29 are you going to go this year? I’m going to try to make it.
